It's depends upto ur requirements dude like battery life and processor and all. If your budget is good then no doubt Note 4 if not that much Redmi4 both phones are value for money.

2 things: Size & Budget. Rest doesn't matter.
If you want a phone that can be operated using 1 hand, looks good & tight on budget, then Redmi 4.
If you want a larger screen, budget can be extended, go for Note 4.
Performance won't matter, both will give good real world performance. Battery will be a bit higher on Redmi 4 due to smaller screen.
