Don't get me wrong but that's bcoz I want diesel price to be hiked at least Rs 10 from current price. 

Reason is, here only mode of transportation is Bus and goods via trucks(no railway line) and our village is 80 km from town and railway is from town. So we have to pay Rs 50 to travel 80 Km in Bus. Bus fare was Rs 35 when diesel price were at highest point then these bus owners forced Govt to hike it to Rs 50 but now diesel price reduced but Govt cannot reduce fare as Bus owners threatened to go into strike if Govt reduce it to earlier Rs 35.  :angry
