No bro previously PayTM was charging 3% transfer charges. So, basically they are advt. what they were charged, now it's free. I still remember I've paid 3% of 3400 when I transfer to my bank once. Now, I have my merchant account.

That must be wallet to bank. I think they will still charge if you transfer from wallet to bank for normal accounts.

Yes, they still do charge if it is non-UPI transfer. This thread is not regarding any new update but i only posted because they advertised it recently.
