Eaay KYC can br done ysing OTP but there are 2 stages. First stage is to get OTP. Second one is either add a bank account using UPI or go to a KYC store and get verified. So its semi automated

Bro I am not using Paytm wallet More.I am unaware about this. I think @Bapun Raz bro and others will help you about this matter.
