Most of the Select picks are available for Free. Generally if some title doesn't belong to any of the existing channels they will go to Select Picks.

Hotstar Specials on the other hand are behind pay wall which are available Original content produced exclusively for the platform, same as Netflix Originals of Disney+ Originals
