I think Pakistan needs to be above India in test rankings. They have played really well in England. India, unless they defeat England in England and Australia in Australia, don't deserve to be in top 3. Same goes for Australia. They don't deserve to be at No.1 after their debacle in Sri Lanka.

Yes they have played really good in test.

Only in 2nd test England won by quite margin but in 3rd test most of the days Pakistan hold the match but at end they just lost the match. Otherwise Pakistan have showed very good competiveness

Since SL/Aus & WI/Ind series are not yet completed, so these are not their current actual points.
The final rankings heavily depends on SL/Aus & WI/Ind final tests.
For India: Win confirms their no. 1 spot (112). Draw (110) will result them to move 2nd (Aus Lose/drew) or 3rd (Aus win). A loss against WI definitely move them to no. 4 (108).
For Aus: If they wins (111), they can retain their no. 1 spot by a better decimal points than Pak (also 111) hoping Ind don't win.
For Pak: They can be no.1 if neither Ind or Aus win.
