Seeking Help Pairing remote with Realme stick..

Since few days its not able to pair Remote with Realme stick...
The stick is opening/switchhing on correctly but Remote is not pairing with stick...tried the method of pressing Home +Back button for more than 5 seconds with new batteries..no remedy..
Anyone knows other methods to pair Remote? got a realme tv remote too but in vain..
So i think remote is fine...

are u able to operate your stick with your TV remote?
most of these remote works with HDMI CEC technology so ideally your TV remote will be able to Navigate through menu of stick , If not try to enable HDMI CEC first in your TV
(I guess your TV support HDMI CEC technology)

If you remember, when we got the realme sticks when it was launched, I also had same issue with remote
It was due to static charge
One other user also confimed the same issue

I am not enabling HDMI CEC in any of my devices...

I am not comfortable in using that...
