Only 20 per cent Indians have access to Internet

Good share, This post it self tell that our friends are not aware to the reality means mostly are living in metro cities & Naturally getting good Internet with good money. But this is reality that people living in small cities & Villages are far away from some good services. No doubt above all is very high cost of DATA which is only 1GB for Rs.260 to 300.

I am using BSNL 3G network with the speed of 2G...

There is no use of intervention of 3G, 4G, 5G services without normal broadband's penetration to rural areas.
Cable industry can be used as better option for broadband penetration in rural areas.
At last, broadband services at affordable & cheaper cost can only rise Internet access from 20% to 100%.
"100% Broadband penetration" become possible in developed countries but India lagging for past decade.:angry
