IE9 is not available for Win XP... :angry But never-mind ! never wanted IE anyway... firefox & chrome are better.

These are their marketing tactics to promote new OS... :wall

IE is coming with all windows package, but no use most of them not touching that and they prefers for firefox or chrome as mystic bro said.
