Guys Need Help,

I have been not receiving any SMS and OTPs from any of the service providers for past 15days.

Airtel is not helping.

Tried all basic troubleshoot.

If you guys know any suggestions/Tricks. Kindly Help

Are you not receiving any SMS from other contacts as well? Did you try sending yourself an SMS?

Few years back I faced same issue on Vodafone sim.
I visited their store. They checked few things and then gave me replacement sim.
With new sim, it was working fine.

Its quite regular issue in Airtel sim once it old .. just get the duplicate sim from appropriate telecom office before get the duplicate sim just explain the issue to them and see what the solution they're giving to ur issue
