I think its a must upgrade as its not a minor upgrade.
The best addition is "Now you can download and install free application from the ovi suite's main windows itself."
Ovi maps update window is also enhanced.
No change in UI.

ok thanks guys for help one more question i have faced some connectvity problms in old verison any bugs like this in this new version? :huh
