The price of the device may be different for a different region.

It has the Ambient light sensor, E-compass, battery 4100 mAh, Gorilla Glass and Drip protection (IP 52) and support. Samsung or other manufacturers (not talking about Xiaomi) don't include these features in budget phones. This may be the reason for the higher price.

Bro, Then you will need to add the taxes as well, which will then touch even 8k Mark.
Nokia 3 is available for around 8k which is far more superior than Nokia 2. That is why i believe it will be in around 4-5k range.

I think Nokia 8 is cheaper in India than international market.May be they will do the same with this model also.Wait for price is best option.Also this will be available offline which is added advantage.
