A village court in Bihar has banned the sale and purchase of "Made in China" products in their village following China's support to Pakistan. The gram Kachhari which was convened a few days back in Obra Panchayat in Aurangabad district of Bihar decided to boycott trading of all kind of Chinese products in order to break the backbone of Chinese economy

The gram panchayat's initiative is the first official move to ban sale and purchase of Chinese in the country. The village court also incorporated a provision in their judgment of imposing fine on persons found to be using Chinese products. The village court's decision will be applicable on population of 10000 in Obra panchayat

"We have taken a decision to boycott Chinese products in our panchayat

This is because China has always been supporting Pakistan which is our enemy. Therefore we wanted to teach China a lesson", said Gudiya Devi, village head, Obra Panchayat

On the other hand, the Bhagalpur administration has also passed a order banning sale and purchase of Chinese crackers on the occasion of Diwali. The administration has warned of punitive action anyone found to be violating the administration's orders.

The orders from the Bhagalpur DM is part of the Bihar government's advisory issued to all the district magistrates asking them to crack down on sale and purchase of fireworks during Diwali. This advisory by the Bihar government will majorly impact sale of Chinese crackers

"We have received advisory from the state govt regarding banning sale of fireworks during Diwali and following up from there we have issued direction banning sale and purchase of Chine crackers in the district", said Aadesh Titharmare, Bhagalpur DM

They are paying proper tax to center so how can you prevent them from doing business. Are they doing anything illegal? No. And don't forget lots of Chinese companies are investing here to set up factories so if they withdraw then lots of Indian workers will be unemployed. Who will take responsibility for their families? Will you?

Don't post in Hindi as it is not my native language. So it's very difficult to understand for me.

I do not understand how can a grampanchayet goes above constitution and strangely some like you are supporting it. BTW if you create a bad reputation to some companies then others will think twice before investing in your area. We are very aware of this issue. As Tata group left West Bengal bcoz of pressure from then opposition now though that opposition is now in power but still no companies are ready to invest here.
