Bro it means there won't be any limit on withdrawals for ATM w.e.f. 1st Feb 2017. 
Now you can withdraw cash as per your account/bank norms, which was applicable before 8th Nov 2016.

Bro, sorry for that. Limit of 24k per week still remains. But 24k can be withdrawn from ATM.
