Why Virat Kohli wants Rest again and again? But Dhoni should need rest that he played matches continuously since he resigned from captaincy

@Nizamudeen bro come on. Kohli is also playing almost non stop which include hectic Test matches too. Also being the captain of a side isnt easy. And more over Kohli is no more single. He has his own private life too. So the rest offered to him is totally perfect.

Dhoni had this very similar issue too when he was a captain and he has to play all 3 formats all the time except for the odd tour of Zimbabwe. Glad Kohli is taking some extra time off unlike Dhoni although both are extremely fit guys. Specially for the fact that they too need to spend some quality time with their families.

@Sagar, Bro defeating teams like Srilanka and Bangladesh in each and every match isnt that difficult. I know its T20 and anything can happen but considering even the bench strength of India, it looks good for India winning all five matches including the finals :)

@Justyrodz22 bro, I understand the point you have highlighted but these days India keep playing every alternate week with some series or the other. I know India comes first than IPL but dont forget IPL has become one of the most important property of our Nation which we can be proud off. So making a marquee player to sit out for rest other than injury reasons will surely affect the brand IPL. I wish people dont bring just MONEY alone in IPL which has now gone beyond money. It has become a global brand and we need to preserve that status and build on. From just money and entertainment, IPL has reached a highest level setting a trend after a decade of its inception. Instead of criticizing IPL, we need to take pride for it be it administrators, players or the fans for that matter.

Opinions might differ but its just my views on IPL.
