Its not test signal till now..They have forgot to update EPG.

There's no mention of DSport HD. So TS viewers won't get English commentary.

Dsport is a premium sports channel & primarily available only in hd & all those operators which are showing sd version of dsport are showing downscaled version of dsport hd.

You are right..DSPORT only has HD feed some DTH are showing downscaled SD version...

Yep Dsport only has HD version its downscaled SD version...

Bros, since it's mentioned everywhere that DSport, Cineplex & Cineplex HD, the question came to my mind.
If both Cineplex HD & SD mentioned, why only DSport? Is it PSL factor? Will they play the Sony game of SD/HD (different telecast)? Lot of questions!
If I take DSport channel as HD feed only (so it's not mentioned), there's lot to cancel the logic.
D2h have SD (maybe downscaled but still a dedicated channel).
Other HD only channels (SWP, SMS, SLP, &Prive etc) never misses mentioning 'HD'.

WHy tataaky dont adding downgraded hd feed of dsports. If they wont add it they tatasky sd users will miss english commentary feed of the match.

Bro, the future is only HD. Although in India it is a far fetched dream, I think many broadcasters will invest only in HD Channels. And by default all new channels will be in HD. To cater to India's problem for HD-readiness, they will create downscaled versions like we are seeing for DSPORT now.

Fully agreed, but that's different point.
It's not clear if this tournament will be on DSport HD or not! Having said that, any broadcaster will choose any India cricket series well over anything!

I think it is very much clear that the tournament will be on DSPORT. There is no DSPORT HD or SD. Also, if you tune in to DSPORT (both versions), you will see Nidhas trophy ad below the logo at all times.

Note that the feed for both variants of DSPORT is the same and hence, the answer is yes, Nidhas Trophy will be on DSPORT.
