4K TV and videos are commonly heard of these days but the availability of content is still in the nascent stage.

Even a tech giant like Apple might not offer 4K content via its Apple TV.

This might come as a bad news for all the Apple TV fans especially those waiting for the launch of the next season of Game of Thrones.

According to a report from BuzzFeed News, Apple TV might not play 4K content as it requires a lot of bandwidth and
more powerful compression technologies to transmit it
without disturbance.

Apple TV is not used widely in India but the company has been offering price cuts which makes it an
affordable way to view exclusive content.

Indian companies like Tata Sky are already in the 4K game mainly due to the ICC Cricket World Cup that concluded recently.

Even with 4K content available in the market, a lot of people
are not wanting/able to upgrade to it because of factors like price and because most of the TVs that are in use are
incapable of rendering 4K content.
