2 - Tom Latham has become the second New Zealand batsman to score 50 or more in both his maiden Test and ODI innings in India after Ross Taylor. He scored 58 in the first match of the Test series in Kanpur.
1 - Tim Southee has become the first New Zealand player batting at number ten to score an ODI fifty. The previous highest was 44* by Kyle Mills against Australia in Sydney in 2004 .
8 - Southee has become the eighth New Zealand player to score a fifty in his 100th ODI match. Five of these players have achieved it against India - Ken Rutherford, Chris Cairns, Scott Styris and Kyle Mills.
32 - ODIs taken by Amit Mishra to reach the milestone of 50 wickets. He is the quickest among India spinners, eclipsing 32 ODIs by R Ashwin and fourth fastest overall after Ajit Agarkar (23), Mohammed Shami (29) and Irfan Pathan (31).
71-run stand between Latham and Southee is New Zealand's fourth highest for the ninth wicket in ODIs. The highest came also against India - 83 by Kyle Mills and Southee in Christchurch in 2009. However, this one is their highest away from home.
10 - Latham has become the tenth player to carry his bat in ODIs. He is the first New Zealand player to do so and second one in last 15 years after Azhar Ali in 2012.
61.80 - Virat Kohli's average against New Zealand in ODIs - the second best for him against an opposition after 69.75 against Bangladesh (minimum five innings). He has two hundreds and five fifties in 12 innings against them.
101 balls remaining when India wrapped up their chase - fifth most balls remaining in an ODI win against New Zealand. However, chasing a 150-plus target against them this is India second biggest win in terms of deliveries left after 107 balls in Nagpur in 1987.
108 - Matches won by India under MS Dhoni. Among captains, the only one to have led a team to more wins is Ricky Ponting - 165 wins in 230 ODIs. Dhoni went past Allan Border's 107 wins (in 178 ODIs) to move to the second place for most wins as a captain.
4 - Hardik Pandya became the fourth Indian player to win a Man of the Match on ODI debut. The ones before him were Sandeep Patil (vs Australia in 1980), Mohit Sharma (vs Zimbabwe in 2013) and KL Rahul (vs Zimbabwe in 2016).
