MIRPUR – South African fast bowler Kagiso Rabada set a new record in the history of One Day Cricket (ODI) on Friday against Bangladesh at Mirpur.
South African pacer Kagiso Rabada done hat-trick on his debut against Bangladesh in the first ODI match of the series. Rabada became second bowler after Bangladeshi spinner Tajul Islam to done a hat-trick on debut.
African pacer destroyed the Bangladeshi top-order. He bowled out Tammim Iqbal, Litton Das and Mahmudullah for ducks. Three batsmen left the crease without scoring a run.
In four overs, Bangladesh team scored 17 runs with lost of three wickets, courtesy Rabada’s deadly spell.
The match will be a 40-over match because of heavy rain.
