New Mobile Number Portability (MNP) rules are live from Dec 16

I have submitted request for porting my number from Airtel to Jio today.

As per SMS i received it will be completed in 2 days (by 11:35 PM on 2nd day) and they are providing 24 hours incase we wish to cancel the port out request.

I wanted to port to Vodafone because of their 3G network availability but not sure they are going to stay or quit India. My handset doesn't support Volte (except Jio), and I don't get good 4G network in my room.

I have ₹120 balance on my Airtel sim which I am porting to Jio, is there any way to transfer that to another Airtel sim?
I tried gift talktime or share talk time options, it is saying service no longer available.
