yeah.. but Kingdom is a different case...
Kingdom was a Netflix Original/Exclusive, which was also dubbed in various languages. And it was already popular because of its first Season.
The King: Eternal Monarch is a Cable TV show which airs in SBS, and Netflix just owns its Streaming rights. And it's available only in original Korean Audio.
Also, Kingdom will be recommend to users by Netflix as it's their own Original Series. Which brings more viewership.
Same won't be the case with the later. It won't be recommend to any user, unless they watch Asian Dramas regularly.

Although I checked the bitrates and 1080p is capping at 1.08 Mbps for this particular movie on Netflix, while all others even that were released 10 years back playback between 2 to 4 Mbps in 1080p
