I think along with new subscription they removed it. But the pricing is still listed on play store. Try contacting Netflix support they will help you out. Meanwhile if you are a first time user. Use airtel payments bank or pockets card with ₹0 balance for free 30 day trial. Even if you cancel you get to keep the subscription for next 30 days.
Note : One trial per person. If you use trial multiple times. Netflix will find out about it in 2-3 days. And you will be charged.
