I always had listened to podcast in 2x speed. So now days when I play any podcast in normal speed. It feels like I am listening in slow speed.

Well if it is due to shortage of time then it is understandable but if it is bcoz of shorter attention span & restlessness then buddy you should improve on these shortcomings. Nowadays bcoz of so much happening around us or lot many things to try and essentially feeling of not being left out has let to life become fast paced where one has forgotten to enjoy whatever activity we r doing and get absorbed into it. If we try to lead a simpler life then believe me smaller things can give lot happiness, a one hour podcast well heard and understood can make onself relaxed and content.

I have noticed that constant toggling or keeping mind occupied leads to more anxiety and confusion wherein we r not able to devote quality time to even one of the hundred things.

Just wanted to share it with u and other lovely members as i myself practice the same and it really helps in keeping calm, relaxed, happy in every situation

I don't agree with you at all. Picture quality is very good RRR on Netflix. Maybe there is a problem with your internet connection.

Other movies & series (netflix) running very good pq only rrr very low pq....my internet running very fast....300 mbps plan.
