U cannot install it though it seems! They have started rolling out may be replacing HBO GO which is available all over Asia except Indian sub continent.

I don't think it will come any time soon because many of their content (including the Warner Bros. ones) are distributed by Prime Video, Netflix and Disney+Hotstar. It may be available after all of their contracta has expired within India.
