Nailed it. Prime has good content too. But Netflix, Alt Balaji and Ullu fans won't understand quality content of HBO and Showtime.

HBO, FX, ShowTime and Starz are some of the best premium content creators. Each company knows their value. AT&T named their streamer HBO max, lions gate knows Starz value. Disney knows how good is FX and made their Hulu's originals go through FX, by its estimate 1/3 Rd of Hulu's originals are gonna come from FX. The team behind Showtime is now essentially running all the programming realted things in VIACOMCBS. If people want more quantity than quality I guess Netflix is premium because they dump more content with only less than 25% of them good enough to be kept on other premium providers.

i totally disagree on this point as you have stated that there are premium shows from the studios of HBO, FX, Showtime, Starz etc but there are literally only 3-4 good shows from showtime 8-10 shows from FX and there are many shows from HBoO but only the famous ones. i suggest you to go and look at some of the uncommon shows from HBO which are totally amazing with a great storyline. in my opinion hotstar should add more content after the shutdown of hooq since other streaming services are coming up with massive shows in these months due to the lockdown. Plus the hotstar app is filled with glitches and bugs and is very irritable sometimes also its ui is far worse than netflix or primes so its quite unreasonable to compare the whole hotstar app with its content with netflix or primes

Atleast understand the gist of what I said earlier. Bro pls don't reply for the sake of replying. Say something if you have constructive comments towards the discussion. I totally said HBO, FX and Showtime are the best premium content. And the discussion is about content. I have already said I have issues with Ui/Ux.

And regarding content they just added more than 1600 hours of content. They are doing what they could regarding add content. Hotstar is a third party lisence streamer they won't commission shows apart from Hotstar Specials, the Content will be dependent on how content providers are delivering it to them.
