Not only Vikral aur gabraal, shhhhh koi hai season 1 episodes available. But I like Shhhh phir koi hai thats missing. I dont know why hotstar not uploaded their own house old shows. Many old shows from various language missing on hotstar. Zee5,sonyliv,voot have their respective all old shows.

My logic is they licence their old shows to other companies. I think Disney owns couple of Star's kids shows of yesteryear.

Yes Star some shows like shararat, karishma ka karishma earlier used ro air on Disney Channel.

Zee5 is missing a lot of shows like Kasamh Se, Saath Phere, etc and SONY Liv is missing a lot of shows as well like Amber Dhara, Aathvan Vachchan.
Hotstar is missing way too many shows like from STAR One and also STAR Plus classics like Raja Ki Aayegi Barat, Kahani Ghar Ghar Kii, etc.
