Have they ever uploaded them & then removed, or they are still not here?
I bough premium subscription just to watch all marvel movies and I can't all of them. They are even not on Netflix.

Both are available in Jio Cinema. Go and watch there. May be they will add in Hotstar after roll out of Disney +.

Every disney content will be added to Disney + subject to expiration of any existing content agreement with other party. All of them will be added in official dub. Although I have read somewhere that Disney + original will be available in English only. Not sure about Telugu. If there is official telugu dub, like many series and movies like star wars series have then it will be added.
