It might be removed along with other HBO Properties in coming months, as HBO Max is launching in May this year .
Firstly WB has no immediate plans on launching HBO Max worldwide. They have already licensed to Sky in Europe and Hotstar has longterm deal with HBO Asia, if they wanna take HBO content from Hotstar they have to pay an hefty amount to Disney & Star and they will not generate that amount by subs in India so it won't be an option.
Secondly they have first run deal movie deal with Amazon also so they have buy themselves out from that contract. So HBO Max in India is nowhere a reality, even if it launches HBO content will be on Hotstar till the contract expires.
Thirdly the Movie is added as part of content deal with Hooq, so nowhere related to HBO.
Forthly, 21st Century Studios( Fox) has an output deal with HBO in US, still HBO are getting the fox movies even Disney has Disney+ and Hulu. Its because deals won't be bought out unless and until they are very important like how Disney has to bought back the deals with Starz and TNT for Star Wars and Marvel movies and left Netflix deal aflot as they will get those movies in near time.

How HBO Max May Approach Its Global Rollout

Actually Chernobyl is joint production with Sky, so they might be referring the same. I guess Sky is not present in Australia rite? As Sky used to be owned by Fox and Fox had presence in Australia. Am I right?

Is it owned by News Corp or Comcast? I know that Sky News Australia is there which is owned by News Corp through FoxTel.
