Atleast the log line is interesting! And I feel the other two(Kanpuriye, Chappad Phaad ke) are in the same league as this one.

They might remove it soon few days before Disney+ Launch date nears, as its DC universe film. they wont prefer DC property in their app when their Disney app launches for Marvel , would only like to promote Marvel related

They won't remove! If you look like that they have to remove HBO, Showtime content as they are direct competition to Disney's FX and which is already available on Hotstar already. They will host all kinds of content on the platform including Disney plus content. There won't be any issue with Marvel and DC Co existing on the same platform.

It might be removed along with other HBO Properties in coming months, as HBO Max is launching in May this year .
