Spoilers excuse is utter bs. BTS fans watches them because of their idols not for entertainment. This is like your sister cooks bad food. But you still eat it and praise it because you love her. They thought Hotstar India giving early access will help their fans find the shows early on other sites. So it will affect their ranking.
 
The next big thing for Hotstar will be House of the Dragons. But the problem with it would be the censorship and poor video quality its one of the worst out there.
