Buddy! Your TV or Connected TV devices should have Dolby Vision to have it in Dolby Vision. They cannot magically offer something which isn't supported by the device itself.

I have tv which supports Dolby vision but no Dolby vision option for this movie.

Anyway, one will ask for Dolby vision content only if they have supported devices.

I have dolby vision tv only buddy. Other movies in hotstar is showing dolby vision except this movie. I know TV needs to be dolby vision supported. that is whhy I'm asking. Thanks for your explanation though.
