Network roaming issue

Roaming is showing when SIM card is inserted in Samsung S20 fe phone but roaming is not shown when same SIM card is inserted in another phone at same location, Why is this happening?

Which Sim? Airtel and Jio doesn't show any kind of roaming sign for me when I cross states or circles. Vi shows because they have not integrated the network yet or you can say Vodafone core and Idea core network still exist parallelely. If its Exynos processor, then there is range problem as well.
