Scotland won its second and final ODI against Netherlands at Aberdeen by five wickets on Wednesday.
In a rain-affected match at the Mannofield Park, Scotland opted to field first and restricted Netherlands to 180 for 9 in its 50 overs.
Scotland in its reply chased down the re-arranged score of 162 from 41 overs as per Duckworth/Lewis Method. Scotland ended at 162 for 5 in 39.1 overs.
Earlier, Netherlands collapsed to 54 for 6, but skipper Peter Borren (71: 107b, 5x4) revived the innings in the company of Tom Heggelman (22) and Mudassar Bukhari (28). For Scotland, debutant Safyaan Sharif (4-27) and Gordon Goudie (3-18) shared the wickets around.
In its reply, Kyle Coetzer scored an unbeaten 89 off 99 balls with 11 boundaries and a six to lead Scotland home. Wickets fell early on, and Scotland slipped to 71 for 3.
For Netherlands, Mudassar Bukhari (3-21) and Tom Heggelman (2-34) were the chief wicket takers.
