Netflix vs Amazon Prime Video vs Hotstar - Which has greater content at minimal costs?

They cannot raise, Jio is coming and Jio Cinema and other apps will be free, users will stop using Amazon prime when it will be available.

Most of the Jio Cinema's movies are outdated and available on YouTube for free legally. The only good movie they will have exclusive right is of Stree. Cuz all YRF, T-Series and Dharma Productions movies comes on Prime Video. And Netflix has movies of Red Chillies Entertainment, ZEE Studios and Sony Pictures Network. Star has movies of Fox studios and will have also have rights to Disney and UTV studios. So they are left with the own studio and Eros. Even Eros movies are available across platforms.

Even Airtel also partnering with Zee5, Altbalaji, Sonyliv, Hoichai,Hotstar etc....there no need to pay for individual service.
So to fully enjoy Indian Content user needs to have Jio/Airtel sim and access for free of cost

Also, Jio IPTV and FTTH is coming then it will be free without sim and user can watch Indian contents on big screen Television.

Airtel is miles ahead of Jio when it comes to premium content. They have content of every streaming platform. All they need is Hotstar's English shows.

Airtel TV app is great as a free platform (with Airtel subscription). It has Hooq for international content and Eros, ZEE5, Alt Balaji, Hoichoi etc for Indian content. Most of the DC shows are available for free.

There is very less regional contents on Netflix than Amazon Prime & Hotstar.

Amazon Prime is the best for Digital Movie premiere,Netflix & Hotstar is somewhat weak in this aspect.

Hotstar is the best free App on regional perspective without Subscription with few hours/days delay we can watch all the important Indian/Regional contents free on Hotstar both Netflix and Amazon Prime fail very badly on these Aspects.

Content wise Orginals with International Flavour and quantity wise Netflix scores high next Comes Hotstar & Amazon.

Conclusion :

Amazon for Digital Movie Premiere.

Hotstar for Free Regional Contents.

Netflix strictly only for International TV Series and Premium Subscribers.

My choice is Hotstar & Prime. But one problem is that Hotstar does not allow downloading of videos for most contents .
Netflix is out of the pocket & except its own series, other contents are not good.

Idk why you guys are considering Netflix as a premium player most people I know buy the ultra account and 4 members share it which translates into 200 per head...In places like Mumbai and Bangalore a movie ticket costs more than that.
