Where to find Late Symbol (• inside ✓) in MS Word

Insert -> Text box, then insert the dot symbol -> Right click on the text box -> Format shape -> Shape options -> Line -> No Line
Move down a little
Insert -> Text box, then insert the tick symbol -> Right click on the text box -> Format shape -> Shape options -> Line -> No Line

Adjust the text box positioning to get the alignment proper.

It will look like below.
