Seeking Help Need help for flipcart

Hi I bought AC from Flipkart. The new product I received was defective. I apply replacement but 20 days gone. Still no response from Flipkart. I call many times, mail many times even I tweeted. No use. Last 5 years I buy only amazon , amazon giving amazing service. If product defective we get refund with in 3 days or we get replacement immediately. 1st time I try Flipkart I got horrible experience. Anyone help how to get response

AC must be bought only in local shop or dealers only.

You are on your own. Flipkart will not do anything. And some brand may refuse warranty also because not purchased from authorised dealer
