i tested the internet speed my current bandwidth reading is:
190.80kbps
which means i can download at 23.85 KB/sec. with vodafone 2g

But data usage not dependent on time, I mean 1 gb can be used for a week or it can be consumed within 3 hours depending on the usage....

Vodafone gives 30 minutes 3g at Rs 9 in west Bengal. I have downloaded maxumum around 700 Mb in these 30 minutes. To download further you need to renew Rs 9 which gives you again 30 minutes. So there are some plans which depends on time not on usage.

Its a good speed in 2g network. Though 2g is getting costlier day by day compared to 3g.

aircel is worst,if i recharge for 1 gb i can use one night (appx 4 hrs),5 GB 2 days (appx 9 hrs),they send usage message after free quota end.but when i used airtel it will give 9 hrs for 2.5 gb.and also Vodafone is vv good.

Aircel 3g speed is very good here. Cheap plan too. Download speed arround 500 KB/s. So no complain.
Vodafone 3g plans are very costly though speed is almost same as aircel.
But in 2g vodafone speed is much better than aircel.
