Seeking Help My Main Talk time balance lost

I had more than Rs.250 main talk time balance but after 01 January 2021 my whole balance is disappear (Screenshot Attached). I wanted to recharge my phone through this main account balance but I can't now.

Can I recover this

In the above screenshot you have 267 talk time balance. What am I missing here?

Dial 1299. It will show up on messages. Because of some bug main balance doesn't reflect on app. @Bapun Raz bro. It's looks like an old screenshot to me.

Login to my Jio website you will get your balance there as my Jio app is not showing balance ...
