Seeking Help My Airtel outgoing and incoming stopped

Answer lies in ur snapshot. Ur call balance is zero, please refill talktime to enjoy outgoing calls again. Incoming must be operational at present too.

Please note some packs like RC23 give u only validity hence u won't be able to call if talktime is zero even post doing recharge. Go for RC35 or other top ups to get calling + validity benefits

I know its zero and I cannot make OG calls, the problem is, I hear the message, that "This service is unavailable" whereas it should say "I have no balance to make a call" and at least the IC calls should work. But nothing seems to work.
 
Agreed on ur point bro. Could you tell what was ur previous package? This seems to be some incompatibility with the DoCoMO converted numbers with the Rs 23 recharge of Airtel. Customer Care call or nodal officer email connect should solve the problem for you.

It plays this message itself when balance is 0 while validity is still there. Telling on basis of my experience. It is like a warning that outgoing has been stopped, this started after changes in their policy where all services had set restrictions or different rules in place

This is my third number and i just keep this sim alive, i always recharge it with 35 and 23, even after converting from docomo to airtel it used to work flawlessly earlier, its just this time I'm facing this problem.
