My airtel number has been discontinued

My airtel number has been discontinued on 20th April 2025 and shows no service upon visiting the airtel store first they showed rude behaviour and after i have given my number they told me to visit after 90 days as i have my number connected with my various accounts and i dont have any idea about after disconnection policy.
Any member have any idea about this scenario.

If your number was connected to multiple services why did you wait for it to get deactivated? Why didn't you do the minimum recharge to keep the number active? If the number gets recycled there is no guarantee that you will get it back. It's best you register your current active number in all those places by replacing that deactivated number.

Now a days, without recharge no guarantee for mobile number, Guys its time to recharge primary number in time.

As i have been out of town so i have forgotten to recharge this number as this my family members no but in my name. so i worried about it.

you have to recharge your number otherwise no incoming call or no otp for any purpose. In old days, we get otps or incoming call without recharge but it's not longer exit.

Speak to customer care and explain your issue see if they can provide it as a fresh connection in your name for that number and if you can collect the sim from your closest Jio gallery.

When was last recharge expired ? I have one spare airtel sim which was last recharged on that 2021 hike is still active. Anyways ask them to issue no in postpaid that might will do

Thanks @Esmail bro for your suggestion. But its not jio number its an airtel prepaid number. I approached airtel store today at around 11am but they denied and said i should visit after 90 days as in their system its shows disconnection date is 20th April.

They will ask you to take up the same number as a postpaid connection
