Madhya Pradesh cabinet proposes death sentence for those who are convicted for gang rape and those who are convicted for raping minors aged below 12 years.

Madhya Pradesh Cabinet on Sunday approved the death sentence for rape convicts in the cases involving girls of 12 years of age and below.

Resolution for death sentence for gang rape convicts was too passed.

At the same time, amendment in the penal code to increase fine and punishment for rape convicts was approved.

I have a doubt, can state govt amend IPC, CRPC ??? Isn't it a central act.?

Ban all men outside home, only Women should be allowed outside home, men better take care of home and babies and cook food for family. If a man still needs to go outside of home then he should be accompanied by a Women from his family. Then all problem solved, no needed extra ladies buses or trains during odd even rules, no more ladies special, no more ladies reservation in public transport, no more ladies reservation in Job and ultimately a crime free India.
