Bro, you can buy a media player having usb input and AV output. Enter, F&D brands are having such media players in market in Rs.600-800 price range.
The files compatibility of these low cost media players will be limited to AVI and DAT formats only. Won't be supporting new age formats like MKV.
If you have a better budget, then go for the Andriod TV boxes. Buy from AliExpress, where you can buy in cheap prices (Indian e-commerce sites are selling the same boxes in double the price).
