Moto Is Back With Security Updates

Hi Friends,

We know that in past few months Moto is not give security updates to most of their devices including moto x play.But few minutes ago my father moto x play found new software update and the update is happened mainly for security updates.

Earlier the device security update date is show as 1st May 2016
Now its changed to 1 October 2016

Go to settings>about phone>system update

it will check for updates. if update is available then download it 

My Moto E3 has 5th October Security Patch
