Seeking Help Monitor for under 5000

Suggest me a monitor for less than 5000. Should I go with enter company monitors?

better to spend at least 8000Rs and 21 inch monitors. Reputed brands doesnt have models below 21 inch

HP & Samsung is better in Monitor...
I had good experience with this two brands...
I never felt regret about this brands because both have good quality products..
