In stock android, companies who manufacture phone have no control over it. Stock android will only benefit Google bcoz of its ad revenue but if company like Xiaomi or Samsung modify it then they can add their own apps(like browser other than Google chrome) that means if if people like those apps then they will get ad revenue instead of Google.

I'm Who Like To Used There Own Browser Google's Chrome Best Even Google's Gmail And Everything Is Best Specially Google Clock....
But Yes Money Matters...

Me too like Google services hya

But MIUI is not sluggish at all infact it's very fast and fluid, feels like iOS 7 in iphone on ₹7000 Redmi. I bought Redmi 2 specially after reading this The Chinese Smartphone Company That Copies Apple Just Took Its Copying To A Whole New Level | Business Insider India as I cannot afford iphone :lol

Now a days no UI is sluggish,only Touchwiz,Xperia UI is sluggish and that is only in low end Samsung and Xperia phones,the phones that are coming nowadays have good power(RAM,processor etc),so UI doesn't deteriorate the performance and moreover all the unwanted apps can be disabled,thus not affecting the performance according to me

while i will stay with the plain stock rom as the
best i will disagree with the second part MIUI is not
sluggish at all... stock rom has its advantages and
disadvantages... memory usage is one real
advantage.... :/

yep phone are getting very powerful these days, quadcore or more processing power with 1 GB or more RAM so days of sluggish UI is gone now, but with these powerhorse we have now battery backup problem, my nokia 1110i used to last many days but these new phones hardly last 1 day :'(
