Was the seller TVS ELECTRONICS LIMITED? They are official seller of Mi products in India.

Mi HRX edition does not have heart rate sensor, you can try Mi band 2 (costs around 2k) if you need heart rate sensor.

I think mi band 2 is discontinued?. Correct me pls

I am not sure, but currently not available on Mi India site and Amazon/Flipkart.
