This is what BJP wants to instigate masses against Pakistan to get a push in upcoming elections.

Problem is there are two parallel govt in Pakistan. One run by people of Pakistan and another run by ISI.

Need proof ? When Atal ji visited in bus in 1999 and extend friendship hand with your civilian govt, your ISI govt launched kargil attack against us. So it's very difficult for us to know who actually control pak.

So People of India is always against this 2nd one. They don't need instigation
