from what i have read there was platform change at last moment. The people travelling in unreserved class i.e general bogies would obviously run first to grab the seats when something like this happens. This is not the 1st time some accident has occurred under Mr. Vaishnav. He appears to have learned no lessons from previous incidents.Railways are lifeline for people atleast in north. There have been random cancellations of trains ,no. of bogies have been reduced .Where do you think that the ever increasing population would go if trains and no. of seats are getting reduced.Mr. Vaishnav may not be directly responsible for these accidents but he is the ultimate boss and the onus finally lies with him.Bro more than rail minister public is at blame is they don't know basic civic sense talking holy bath is more important than life of there's and other present at that time there
And on ground level officers is equally responsible why didn't they close ticket counter after watching so much people whether minister will call them and will told them to close the counter then they will do the same
Sorry to say if i hurt someone sentiments but most of these accident of stampede during kumbh this time around arouse due to stupidity of people rather than authorities
