m not getting maps on my andtoid kitkat 4.4.2

explain:-- when i purchase new mobile micromax doodle 3,with android version 4.2.2 jellybean...everythings working fine...apps,msgss,tools,etc.

when i updated android version from 4..2.2 to 4.4.2 kitkat..installed, working fine apps,msgss, etc.
""but 1 app "maps" not working.... why...then i go google play nd again installd same not working...why
plz help me...how i get maps app..
gps is working fine ...

Can you post more details, not working meaning? Please post a screenshot of the issue.

1. Uninstall the current one
2. Restart
3. Install the maps from below link.

It looks like an issue with the ROM. Are you able to try factory reset?

Ok. Since you won't have root access also, having maps as system app isn't possible. Post your issue on xda and see if anyone has a solution. I will also check from my end.
