According to various media reports in the UK, LVG will be given maximum 2 games to save his job - those 2 games being against Stoke City (away) and Chelsea (home).
While some other newspapers are claiming that LVG has already managed his last game for Man Utd.
José Mourinho is odds on favourite to take LVG's place...
------
Personally, I have had enough of this "philosophy" garbage, statistically speaking after spending quarter of billion pounds under LVG, the club hasn't forward much as it was under Moyes. Performance of the players sold by LVG this season viz. Di Maria (9 goals 11 assists) and Chicharito (17 goals in 16 matches) clearly show the problem is LVG not the squad. With Ancelotti officially confirmed for Bayern Munich, and Guardiola almost set to take the hot seat at Man City, Mourinho is the best bet for Man Utd. I know Mourinho won't bring football with flare or promote much of youth, but still it will be better than the brand of football that LVG has brought in, with tons of possession, hardly any creativity, most passes being side passes and back passes, with shots on target among the lowest in entire Europe.
